We are so excited you are considering us for your cookies. We are a small shop and like to keep things simple. With that being said, we keep our ingredients simple too! We don’t use any preservatives or additives in our baked goods. So we suggest you consume your goodies right a way. If you have too many to eat at once, store them in the freezer for later consumption. Happy shopping.
